PGME Product

Gas and liquid Filtration

PGME offers a wide range of devices to treat liquid or qas.

From a simple filter to a complete system, PGME always has the solution.

PGME’s liquid filters are designed to retain solid particles circulating in a pipeline.

Either horizontal or vertical they are fitted with blind flanges or quick opening closures to facilitate maintenance operations on filters. Several systems are available :
• Basket filter
• Cartridge filter
• Strainer

PGME’s dry filters are designed to retain solid particles, up to 1 micron, circulating in a pipeline

Either horizontal or vertical they are fitted with a quick opening closure to facilitate maintenance operations on filters. Several systems are available :
• Filter separator
• Cyclone filter
• Scrubber

Different filter elements are used depending on the need;
• Paper cartridge
• Fiberglass cartridge
• Coalescing mattress
• Cyclone
• Shock tole
• Baffle

A combination of these different solutions can solve all your filtration problems.

LIQUID FILTRATION

Our filters are either vertical or horizontal and are fitted with blind flange or quick opening closures to facilitate maintenance operations.

Models:
Basket filter

GAS FILTRATION

PGME’s dry gas filters are designed to retain solid particles circultating in a pipeline.

Our filters are either vertical or horizontal and are fitted with blind flange or quick opening closures to facilitate maintenance operations.

FILTER SEPARATOR

Gas loaded with solid particles or liquids enter the device through the cartridge support pipe. It passes through the cartridge that retains solid particles and coalesces liquids to increase their size. Then, the gas loaded coalesced liquids goes through baffles where liquids are drained to retention tank.

PGME’s filter separator are fitted with blind flange or quick opening closures to facilitate maintenance operations.

SEPARATOR

Gas loaded with  a large quantity of solid particles or liquids enter the device through the bottom of the tank. Due to gravity effect, main particles fall down to the bottom, others are stopped by a mattress placed in the middle of the tank.

This system offers coarse filtration ideal for treating large inflows of liquid.
